Return and Refund Policy

At Bella B Boutique LTD, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility & Window

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Customers have exactly 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Only new products are eligible for return. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Free from any signs of damage caused by misuse

2. Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges, subject to product availability.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team before returning the product.

3. Return Method & Shipping Label

Method: All returns must be sent back by post/mail to the return address provided by our support team. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Return Label: Return shipping is free. Once your return request is approved, you will be able to download and print a free return shipping label.

4. Restocking Fees

Bella B Boutique LTD does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, approved refunds will be processed within 7 days. The funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
